Godiva Personalized Greeting Card Program: Elevating the Art of Gifting
As Art Director, I identified a significant gap in Godiva’s digital gifting journey: the post-purchase messaging was delivered via a standard, utilitarian receipt that failed to mirror the luxury of the chocolate itself. I conceptualized and developed a fully integrated Personalized Greeting Card program to transform this functional requirement into a high-touch brand experience.
Key pillars of this initiative included:

A Premium Digital-to-Physical UX: A seamless web interface allowing customers to select the perfect gift, browse hundreds of curated card designs, and personalize their messages with custom fonts and layouts.

Curated Visual Library: A selection of diverse card themes—from "Trending" and "Holiday" to "Congratulations" and "Sympathy"—ensuring every gifting occasion felt bespoke and thoughtful.
